The Role

A Manager with an Oracle Controls focus within the team would typically be responsible for driving delivery of all Oracle service lines as part of the wider ERP & Business systems team, developing new business from existing clients and prospects, building relationships with organizations, and establishing expertise in assurance and consulting support.

Responsibilities

  1. Leading multiple Oracle assurance and/or advisory engagements.
  2. Responsibility for the overall output from client engagements.
  3. Overseeing scoping, financial management, delivery risk, and review of deliverables.
  4. Building and managing client relationships at senior levels across organizations.
  5. Developing internal networks and promoting Oracle capabilities within KPMG.
  6. Expanding Oracle services in specific segments, such as B2C and B2B, and across sectors.
  7. Coaching and developing team members and training the wider Technology Risk Consulting team.
  8. Leading product development and innovation in Oracle GRC, data, and analytics technologies.
  9. Managing business development opportunities, responding to RFPs, and client presentations.

Experience and Background

  1. Experience in Oracle business analysis and understanding of core financial processes.
  2. Experience with core ERP and business systems, including SAP and Oracle.
  3. Functional experience with Oracle GRC and Financials.
  4. Experience with Oracle Release 12 and Oracle Fusion.
  5. Experience using Oracle data analysis tools.
  6. Understanding of supporting technology platforms.
  7. Ability to present on industry topics to large groups.
  8. Understanding of system risks and controls.
  9. Strong relationship development skills.
  10. Ability to deliver within tight timescales and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Oracle certifications (desirable).

This role requires specific Oracle controls experience, including delivering Oracle process controls and assurance services, with client-facing responsibilities across corporate clients.
