As a Tech Risk & Controls Associate in Cloud Foundational Services (CFS), you will support audits, assessments, attestations, and regulatory exams conducted by Internal Audit (3rd Line of Defense), Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (2nd LOD), External Auditors, and GRC teams.

You will lead and manage engagements from the planning phase to reporting, supporting product, platform, service, and process owners.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor technology risks, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support implementation of controls with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze complex issues, advise on risk strategies, and support mitigation measures.
• Lead audit and assessment engagements for CFS.
• Perform control reviews and risk assessments.
• Identify and report risks proactively.
• Assist process owners in managing operational risk and stakeholder transparency.
• Monitor and evaluate controls, recommending improvements.
• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in technology risk management or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
