Job Description:

Technology Risk Consulting (TRC) is a fast-growing department with over 200 professionals across various sectors, including a significant presence in our Canary Wharf office in London. Our clients include BP, Booking.com, HSBC, LSEG, HMRC, and NHS. Our engagements often have an international scope, requiring collaboration across KPMG offices worldwide.

Our services encompass assurance and transformation activities such as IT and ERP controls, GRC operating models, IT Security and Risk Management, control automation, SOX 404 frameworks, and controls for S/4 HANA programs, including Independent Project Assurance.

We aim to expand our SAP offerings as part of our strategic growth in ERP & Business Systems. Our services include External and Internal Assurance, Controls Transformation, Process Optimization, and GRC implementations, delivered through standalone projects or within internal audits.

Key activities include:

1. Ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery of client engagements
2. Scope management, financial oversight, risk management, and review of deliverables
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
4. Identifying business development opportunities, proposal writing, and client presentations
5. Coaching team members
6. Providing consulting on SAP systems, including SAP GRC Access and Process Controls
7. Enhancing clients' SAP controls and automation capabilities
8. Leading or specializing in SAP/GRC control and Data Analytics engagements
9. Developing internal networks and relationships within KPMG
10. Contributing to practice management, innovation, training, and knowledge sharing
11. Possessing a good understanding of SAP and SAP GRC platforms
12. Assessing complex SAP risks and controls and communicating effectively across all levels

The Person

Experience and Skills

A combination of the following:

• Proven experience delivering SAP security, controls, data analytics, and GRC services to medium/large multinational clients across sectors like Oil & Gas, Retail, FMCG, Utilities, and Life Sciences
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other modules
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and controls optimization
• Experience with SAP Financials modules, including HANA
• Experience with SAP GRC, Financials, BPC, and BI
• Track record in delivering technology risk services
• Experience in Big 4 or similar professional services environments
• Supporting service lines through reporting and knowledge management

Qualifications and Skills

• Accounting or Audit Qualifications: ACA or equivalent (Desirable)
