A global recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Technology recruitment specialist to run and scale a Tech desk. This self-employed Partner model offers uncapped earning potential between £100k–£160k+ OTE, tied directly to your billings. Suitable for recruiters with a strong Technology background and existing client relationships. You'll be supported with a full recruitment tech stack and operational assistance while maintaining autonomy over your own recruitment business.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience recruiting across multiple Technology areas.
• Comfortable owning revenue performance end-to-end.
• Ability to discuss Technology hiring challenges with clients.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow a Technology desk within DMCG Global.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Technology specialisms.
• Manage multiple client relationships and live briefs.

8+ years’ experience as a 360-recruiter

Proven track record in Technology markets
