The role is hybrid in Leeds, offering the freedom to create a scaled practice with influential CIO/CTO relationships and a clear path toward senior leadership as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience building or significantly growing a recruitment team.
• Strong personal track record in business development.
• Experience hiring, leading, coaching and developing recruiters.
• Established network of technology clients and senior relationships.
• Credibility with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth plan, win and grow clients and build a high-performing team.
• Balance business development with hiring, coaching and developing recruiters.
• Transition from billing to leadership, relationships and business growth.
• Collaborate with Directors on strategy, client events and AI opportunities.
