Tech Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £23,000-£35,000 (DOE) plus market leading commission with no threshold (£50,000-£80,000 OTE)
Location: Cardiff/Hybrid (parking available)

The role:
- Managing the full recruitment process: Gathering leads, approaching clients, qualifying roles, advert writing, headhunting/sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiating offers.
- To build, nurture and grow your client list within your specialised area through emails, telephone calls, video calls and client meetings.
- Sourcing the best skilled candidates for your roles whilst coaching individuals through interview processes and offering advice for best practice.
- Negotiating client terms, keeping up to date with market trends and building strong relationships with clients.
- Marketing your personal brand alongside IntaPeople’s using LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Meeting targets and KPIs to maximise your earning potential through our market leading commission scheme, quarterly and annual bonuses.
You will be:
- An experienced recruiter preferably in tech but we’re open to cross-training those from other sectors.
- A strong communicator with ambition and drive.
- A team player who collaborates effectively with others.
