Job summary

Fair Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive graduate to join its fast-growing technology recruitment practice. From day one you will receive structured training and work across the full recruitment cycle, building relationships with clients and candidates.

You will source, interview and place technology professionals while learning market trends, salaries and hiring strategies. A performance-driven environment offers clear progression and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with some sales experience or at least 6 months of commercial experience.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people.
• Commercially aware and interested in technology and business.

• Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals through LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement.

• Negotiating offers and helping both parties achieve the best possible outcome.

What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll receive structured training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
• Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals through LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills, motivations and career goals

No two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, negotiation and commercial problem solving while becoming a trusted adviser within one of the world's fastest-moving industries.

Who They're Looking For

• A recent graduate with some sales experience, or at least six months' commercial experience
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people
