TEC Partners is currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team. This role will be based in our Reading office, located in the town centre near the train station.

Founded in , TEC Partners is a rapidly expanding specialist Recruitment Consultancy covering the Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences & Gaming sectors across the UK, Europe & America.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to join a well-established business that provides resources to develop and grow their skills. The opportunities at TEC Partners are extensive. Full training will be provided to successful candidates, along with ongoing opportunities to learn new skills and attend training courses.

The duties of the role:

• Actively promote TEC Partners to win new business and secure new jobs
• Provide excellent customer service to Candidates & Clients to build strong relationships
• Organise, communicate, and be consultative during interview processes with candidates and clients
• Utilise candidate databases to match individuals to client vacancies
• Apply sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract clients
