djr is hiring two Entry Level / Trainee Tech Recruiters in Kingston upon Thames. You’ll be mentored directly by founders and senior heads, learning end-to-end recruitment and building your own market while leveraging AI and modern sourcing tools.

Kingston upon Thames

Office x4 days | WFH every Friday

djr is growing AGAIN and we’re looking for 2 ambitious (Entry Level / Trainee) Tech Recruiters to join us at our Kingston HQ.

We’re not trying to build another recruitment business.

We’re building one of the UK’s most respected technology partners, helping organisations build capability across Product Engineering, Data & AI, Business Applications and Change & Transformation.

The role:

This is full 360 tech recruitment.

You’ll learn how to build your own market, find brilliant people, win clients, develop relationships with senior technology leaders and run your desk like your own business.

You’ll work directly alongside our Founder and Heads of Permanent and Contract Recruitment and get access to some seriously good AI, sourcing and recruitment technology.

Ultimately, the job is pretty simple:

Know your market. Know the best people in it. Know who needs them. Put the two together.

We’ll teach you everything else.

You might come from sales.

You might have no recruitment experience at all.
