Tech Recruiter

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Edinburgh (3 days a week on site)

As a Tech & Data Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of attracting and hiring the brightest minds in technology. Your expertise will guide candidates through a seamless hiring journey, influencing careers and enhancing the organisation's recruitment model. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse specialist teams across:

• Group Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Chief Technology Office
• Security
• Payments
• Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Take charge from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Talent Attraction & Candidate Generation: Innovate ways to attract top-tier talent.
• Candidate Management: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Facilitate Assessments: organise and oversee assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Maintain ATS (Workday): Keep our applicant tracking system up to date and efficient.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and standards.
