About your role

We are currently looking to hire a Tech Resourcer to join and support a team of Account Managers in Melbourne. With an established client base, you'll focus on placing technology professionals across a wide range of roles. Randstad Digital holds a significant share across the banking & finance and government portfolio on all levels and is one of the top market share holders in this space with an excellent reputation on delivering the best service.

Responsibilities include

1. Supporting Account Managers with sourcing candidates
2. Being market sector expert within the technology space
3. Nurture and grow candidate relationships
4. Plan and execute hiring strategies
5. Talent pooling

What you will need to succeed

1. Recruitment, sourcing, sales or high level customer service experience
2. You value relationships and understand the importance of it
3. Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
4. You like working closely with your team as well as independently
5. Target driven and self managed
6. Resilience to deal with fast paced, competitive market sector
