Job summary

The British Library is seeking a Technology Portfolio Analyst to join the Technology Portfolio team. You will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects, maintaining portfolio data, and providing management information to drive transformation.

This permanent role expects strong PMO experience, analytical skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Location is Boston Spa/St Pancras with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience within a PMO or project support environment, preferably within technology or digital change.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects and initiatives driving business transformation and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data, monitor risks and dependencies, and produce insightful management information.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Technical Teams and business stakeholders.
