Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3-4 applications, with strong client communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

The candidate should possess good technical knowledge in Pega / Pega Cloud and cloud migration projects, with the ability to make architectural decisions and solutioning. Domain experience in BFS is advantageous. The role involves driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing overall project delivery and ensuring adherence to schedules.
2. Preparing delivery schedules, effort estimates, and costs based on client requirements, and conducting walkthroughs.
3. Achieving client sign-off on schedules, effort, and costs.
4. Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders.
5. Ensuring project timelines are met by setting milestones.
6. Facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
7. Tracking and managing product backlogs, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task breakdowns.
8. Assisting the product owner in maintaining product backlogs for upcoming sprints.
9. Challenging architectural solutions and engaging in hands-on discussions with team members to deliver technical requirements in Pega.
