Edwards Vacuum seeks a dedicated Project Manager to lead definition, development, and execution of robust project plans across schedules, budgets, and deliverables. • Experience delivering projects in engineering/electronics/product development environments.
• Ability to plan and deliver projects to defined scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and maintain governance.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive project plans with resources, budgets, business cases and schedules.
• Steer NPI and technology projects through PCP gates ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Track project KPIs, report progress, and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align engineering, operations, manufacturing and product divisions.
• Ensure resources and skills match tasks and address constraints promptly.
• Maintain project governance, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and change control.
• Define and execute all deliverables in line with PCP requirements and objectives.
• Oversee product industrialization and handover to volume production and support teams.
