We are seeking a Tech Lead Solution Architect to join a dynamic team in a Fintech Start Up. The ideal consultant will have a strong background in Full Stack development, particularly in the FinTech sector, along with expertise in AWS and Sharia-compliance. This role focuses on leading the development of a Sharia-compliant FinTech application designed to support business start-ups and SMEs.

Main Responsibilities

The Tech Lead Solution Architect will oversee the technical direction and execution of our product strategy, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the MVP.

• Lead architectural design and implementation of the FinTech application.

• Manage and mentor development teams, maintaining high coding standards.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in Sharia law.

• Collaborate effectively with product management to align technical goals with business objectives.

• Integrate third-party APIs to support operations in the Saudi market.

• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a FinTech environment.

• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.

• Experience with Sharia-compliance and regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in Full Stack development.

• Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with GenAI & OCR technologies.

• Familiarity with React Native for mobile development.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
