Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer in fintech or challenger banking.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid working knowledge of AWS for regulated workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own technical roadmap for Monument’s Savings infrastructure.
• Partner with Product/Design to architect and ship new features.
• Implement AI-powered tooling for design and development.
