Job summary

IntaPeople in Cardiff is seeking a hands-on .NET engineer to shape the technical direction of complex software projects. The role combines coding with mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and a consultative approach to deliver workable solutions.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, three days per week at our Cardiff office, with Azure, Blazor, CMS platforms like Umbraco or Sitecore, and a proactive culture that values asking the right questions and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with .NET stack and CMS exposure (Umbraco/Sitecore)

Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a hands‑on engineer within the .NET tech stack.
• We want someone who enjoys mentoring others within the team.
• We need strong communication skills and experience working in a consultative role with stakeholders.
• We value someone who can ask the right questions and show humility when they do not know something, while knowing how to find the answer.
• We are looking for someone with the confidence to push back, assess what is viable, and guide the client appropriately.
• We want a solid .NET engineer who has worked with Umbraco, Sitecore, or other CMS platforms, or has a desire to learn.
