We are seeking a skilled professional to lead innovative projects in generative AI within the software development domain. The role involves:

1. Leading the creation of a proof of concept (POC) for using generative AI to enhance software development efficiency, quality, and innovation.
2. Collaborating with software development teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflows.
3. Leading and mentoring a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications using Python.
5. Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
6. Driving data engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
7. Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, APIs, model deployments, and workflows.
8. Communicating complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
9. Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics, generative AI, and Python programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and AI, including 2 years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Python and its libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their data analytics and AI services.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs) and their applications.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Solid experience with SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations.
