Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead innovative projects in generative AI within the software development domain. The role involves:
- Leading the creation of a proof of concept (POC) for using generative AI to enhance software development efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Collaborating with software development teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Leading and mentoring a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications using Python.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Driving data engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, APIs, model deployments, and workflows.
- Communicating complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics, generative AI, and Python programming.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and AI, including 2 years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Python and its libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their data analytics and AI services.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs) and their applications.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Solid experience with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations.
