We are recruiting for a Tech Lead to join our Digital Team in Woking, Leamington Spa, or Bicester. As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the development of our mobile platform, ensuring technical excellence, security, and high-performance execution while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Build seamless API integrations ensuring optimized data flow.
- Utilize AI-driven test automation and security enhancements embedded in CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Ensure continuous improvement in performance, security, and maintainability.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin development.
- Proven experience in API integration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience with AI-driven test automation and CI/CD environments.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, collaborating with platform teams for security compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and serverless deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Desirable:
- Passion for AI-driven automation and emerging trends in digital experiences.
- Previous automotive experience, including connected car integrations.
