What to Expect

We are recruiting for a Tech Lead to join our fantastic Digital Team in Leamington Spa. As the Tech Lead, you will lead the development of our mobile platform, ensuring technical excellence, security, and high-performance execution while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Build seamless API integrations ensuring optimized data flow.
• Utilize AI-driven test automation and security enhancements embedded in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver world-class digital experiences.
• Ensure continuous improvement in performance, security, and maintainability.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin development.
• Proven experience in API integration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience working in AI-driven test automation and CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, collaborating with platform teams to ensure security compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and serverless deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Desirable: Passion for AI-driven automation and emerging trends in digital experience; automotive experience including connected car integrations.
