Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Legal Support Specialist to provide hands-on legal support across technology transactions, IP, cybersecurity and data privacy in a fast-paced financial services environment.

In this non-attorney role you will draft, review and manage legal documents, support IP docketing and enforcement, and assist attorneys with regulatory and data privacy matters while maintaining high accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Draft, review and manage legal documents with high accuracy.
• Communicate complex legal information clearly and professionally.
• Proactively support multiple workstreams and maintain organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal support across technology transactions, IP, cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Manage patent/trademark docketing and trademark clearance workflows.
• Review marketing content for correct trademark usage and IP protection.
• Create and maintain contract templates (NDAs, trial agreements) from inception to lifecycle.
• Assist on incident response and data privacy matters in line with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory developments in tech, privacy and IP law.
• Coordinate team projects, prepare reports and support billing processes.
