The role offers the chance to support senior colleagues on larger, more complex transactions and projects, with an emphasis on clear communication, organisation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with permission to practice in the UK.
• 3+ years' PQE in commercial, technology and IP matters.
• Strong ability to advise on a range of agreements and IP issues.
