Job summary

TD Securities, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a highly motivated Associate for its London-based Technology Investment Banking team. You will contribute to execution of mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital raising across software, fintech, data analytics and related tech sectors.

You will work closely with senior bankers and clients on live transactions, gaining exposure to founder-led businesses, private equity and publicly listed tech companies, with

Qualifications

3–5 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience.
Demonstrated M&A execution experience, preferably within technology sectors.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution workstreams on live M&A and advisory mandates.
Build and review complex financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, LBOs).
Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with clients, investors, and advisers.
Prepare marketing materials, process docs and transaction deliverables.
Assist in negotiations, valuation discussions and deal structuring.
