Tenzing is launching its One Year Analyst Programme in October 2026, based in London. The role offers exposure to the private equity investment process, from sourcing to due diligence and deal execution, with mentorship and progressive responsibility from day one.

As an Analyst, you will analyze software and tech services sectors, support presentations, and contribute to investment decisions in a high-growth, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorms, contributing your ideas and perspectives.
• Conduct commercial, operational, and other analyses to assist in making investment decisions.
• Perform financial analysis and modelling to assess the valuation of companies.
