Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Technology GRC Analyst to strengthen technology risk and assurance across its global retail ecosystem. You will identify and monitor cyber risks, ensure IT controls are effective, and collaborate with Technology, Internal Audit and Supply Chain teams to embed robust governance.

The role focuses on risk assessments, controls testing, IAM assurance, third‑party governance and SCR/SoD assessments within a dynamic retail organisation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technology Risk, IT Audit, GRC, or Cyber Risk.
• Experience delivering risk assessments and controls testing.
• Strong understanding of ITGCs and governance.
• IAM reviews and privileged access assurance experience.
• Knowledge of third‑party risk and supply chain risk.
• Experience supporting audits and remediation tracking.
• Analytical and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• GRC platforms such as OneTrust familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology and cyber risk assessments across enterprise infrastructure and platforms.
• Perform controls testing for ITGCs and application controls.
• Conduct IAM assurance activities including access reviews and audits.
• Support supplier and third‑party risk assessments and governance.
• Maintain risk registers and KRIs; report to leadership.
• Coordinate audits with Internal Audit, Cyber Security and Finance teams.
• Produce risk dashboards and governance reporting for senior stakeholders.
