Responsibilities

• Contribute to security, resilience, and service delivery activities.
• Help monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support DR planning.
• Document solutions, processes and changes for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile/DevOps practices and cross-team collaboration.
