Job summary

Taylor & Francis is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide FP&A and business partnering support across technology operations and indirect costs. You will work with Technology, IT, and Operations to analyse software licences, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant developing FP&A skills in a publishing environment, offering hybrid working, Milton Park office with relocation to Oxford, and opportunities to automate reporting and improve cost

Qualifications

• FP&A and business partnering experience in finance
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis
• Ability to collaborate with technology and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis for technology and indirect costs
• Support budgeting processes and forecast cycles with detailed cost centre data
• Analyse technology costs, cloud services, and software licensing
• Maintain KPIs on spend efficiency, usage, and cost allocation
• Conduct variance analyses and explain drivers to stakeholders
• Assist with technology investment analysis and business cases
