Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 3–5 live job orders from the outset, predominantly permanent roles with occasional contract positions.
  • Source and qualify top-tier candidates for tech and engineering positions.
  • Understand and interpret complex technical job specifications.
  • Engage in high-volume candidate outreach and screening.
  • Collaborate with consultants and hiring teams to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and progress using recruitment platforms.
  • Potential to grow into a 360-degree recruiter role over time, though not required initially.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience for UK clients, with a focus on tech and engineering roles.
  • Proven expertise in international recruitment, particularly within the UK market.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Personable and trustworthy with a strong sense of ownership and team collaboration.
