Job summary

Altum Consulting is partnering with a mission-driven hosting organisation to recruit a Head of Technology, offering the opportunity to establish its technology foundations from the ground up.

Joining at an early stage, you will shape the technology strategy and lead the selection and implementation of the systems that support growth, with emphasis on secure, scalable and easy‑to‑use solutions. Experience in not-for-profit environments would be welcome.

Qualifications

• Experienced pragmatic technology leader with startup/scale-up background.

Responsibilities

• Develop the technology strategy and roadmap aligned with growth ambitions.
• Partner with teams to select and implement core platforms translating business processes into digital workflows.
• Establish an integrated technology architecture supporting reliable data flows and a consistent user experience.
• Set governance standards for information security, data protection and responsible technology use.
