A leading product studio in London is on the lookout for a Tech Director to drive technical leadership and oversee high-impact projects. This hybrid role allows for 2-3 days in the Hoxton studio, with the possibility of remote work. Key responsibilities include coaching engineering teams, building essential client relationships, and contributing to technical direction. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in agency or consultancy settings and strong technical skills in architecture and AI, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in agency/consultancy or similar with complex project leadership experience.
• Strong technical architecture, systems, and AI knowledge.
• Experience in project management, including budgets and resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical leadership and oversight of high-impact projects.
• Build and coach high-performing engineering teams.
• Ensure being an essential technical partner to senior clients.
