Job summary
The Institution of Structural Engineers in London is seeking a strategic Head of Technology and Solutions Delivery to lead the technology and digital transformation portfolio. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality and budget, and collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues across the organisation.
You will drive delivery excellence, govern portfolio reporting, and translate strategy into practical solutions that support the Institution's mission and future
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external suppliers, leading on procurement and managing supplier performance
- Experience producing portfolio‑level reporting and dashboards
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Institution's technology and digital transformation portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered to time, quality and budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues across the organisation to drive delivery excellence, oversee governance and portfolio reporting.
- Help bring innovative solutions to life that support the Institution's mission and future ambitions
