  • Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
  • Understand and explain IT software solutions
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and identify upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate internally to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance tech knowledge
