• Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
• Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions
• Build rapport with decision-makers and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
• Engage in continuous learning to build your tech knowledge and grow fast
