Tech Business Developer Manager, Amazon Key - Job ID: Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch).

This isn't the future - it's happening now with Amazon Key, and we're looking for visionaries to help us expand this revolutionary technology across Germany. We are looking for an experienced, highly-driven and resourceful Tech Business Developer Manager to support our expansion in Germany. You will promote Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners and housing associations, collect market and customer insights, and help improve our product to delight customers. You will build strategic relationships with top real estate management companies and lead Amazon Key expansion. You will work closely with Operations (installation), Marketing (positioning to customer personas) and Program Management (scaling). You will be the main point of contact for property owners and managers from onboarding through the entire lifecycle, support onboarding and training on setup and use, and ensure customers have an easy, valuable experience to grow with our business. Your goals include customer satisfaction, minimizing churn, and generating upsell opportunities.

Key job responsibilities
  • Leverage your network to gain access to building managers, owners, and housing associations
  • Conduct compelling product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects
  • Build a lead pipeline and qualify leads
  • Leverage your network and experience to accelerate Amazon Key expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers
  • Work closely with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Install Operations and Customer Support
  • Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
  • Be the main point of contact for property managers and owners, providing exceptional support
  • Build, maintain and grow customer relationships, expanding their business into Amazon Key

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
