Job Description:

The Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) team is seeking a professional to lead our partnership development with major partners, including social channels, ISVs, and eCommerce channels in the UK and Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating and launching partnership plans for technical products, such as apps and integrations, especially in logistics.

Amazon MCF offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-visibility organization that drives company growth. We leverage Amazon's efficient supply chain to innovate how customers shop online and how businesses utilize Amazon's fulfillment capabilities worldwide.

We are looking for a strategic and innovative professional to build and manage partnerships with eCommerce partners to enhance merchant and customer experiences. This pivotal role involves creating a vision, collaborating with senior leaders, and negotiating strategic partnerships and GTM plans with internal teams like Product, Sales, and Marketing.

The candidate should be data-driven, an excellent communicator, organized, and capable of executing initiatives effectively.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies and pipelines for 2-3 international regions (initially UK and Germany).
2. Engage with partners and technology companies, prioritize potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships.
3. Collaborate with internal and external product teams to deliver new offerings.
4. Define and implement partner strategies as part of the Partnership team.
5. Align partner activities with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Sales teams.
6. Understand customer needs to advocate for and deliver impactful partnerships and features.
7. Create pitch decks and business plans for new opportunities.

Basic qualifications:

• Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Professional or military experience.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational levels.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and processes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Data interpretation and business recommendation skills.
• Experience with complex legal agreements.
