Atomhawk is seeking an Associate Technical Director to lead technical delivery across Tech Art, UI/UX and Engineering services. As a leadership team member, you will set direction, work on client projects, and partner to grow the technical offering.

You will build and lead a technical team, act as the client-facing voice, support business development with pitches and technical scoping, and raise Atomhawk's profile through industry events and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist programmer with leadership experience on AA/AAA games.
• Excellent C++ in Unreal Engine 5 with hands-on AA/AAA project experience.
• Experience enabling UI programming in Unreal Engine with UMG.
• Experience mentoring others and building a team.

Responsabilités

• Define studio-wide technical direction for Tech Art, UI/UX and Engineering services.
• Lead client engagement, scope projects, provide technical scoping and estimates.
• Review and set technical standards, tools and pipelines across service lines.
