Possibility of remote work: Hybrid (50/50)

Role Details

• Title: TECH ARCHITECT – FO
• Required Core Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education may be considered.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• End-to-End implementation experience in D365 FO/FSCM/AX, including integrations with external applications.
• Experience designing large technology landscapes with multiple system integrations, preferably with D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Technical skills in SSRS, Workflows, deployments, alerts & email, data management, role permissions in D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Understanding of On-Premises and Azure deployments.
• Knowledge of integration protocols, Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps, Mulesoft, SPS Commerce, EDI, etc.
• Knowledge of ISV integrations and 3PL integrations.
• Service engineering activities for D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Ability to create detailed design documents and evaluate integration points.
• Performance optimization skills.
• Role-based security design.
• Strong client interaction, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams of 5-15 members.
• Flexibility to work onsite, nearshore, or offshore.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SPS Commerce and related EDI integrations.
• Support and troubleshooting during Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations.
• Understanding of key business processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Retail.
