Job summary

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above in a technical degree (CS/Math/AI/engineering).
• Experience in a technology-related role, such as software engineer, data science, data engineer, tech product manager; OR as tech consultant.
• Coding experience is preferred.
• Functional knowledge and passion for digital technology and IT, as well as business and strategy.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process and people.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
• Present results to client management and implement recommendations with client teams.
• Receive mentorship and training to grow as a leader within McKinsey.
