What you can expect

To enhance our team in Lingen we are looking for a Teamlead (all genders welcome).

In this position you will support the head of department and will be responsible for an international team of approximately 25 employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring our operational business (project management in the RoMat/RoCorr area) by providing sufficient, suitable personnel for the data evaluation process
  • Personnel planning (distribution of tasks taking into account project requirements and the capacities and skills of the employee)
  • Capacity planning (overview of current and expected utilization of employees/the team)
  • Employee appraisal
  • Personnel development (recruitment, education, training, career)
  • Conducting employee appraisals (development, conflict, salary, feedback discussions)
  • Providing the necessary infrastructure
  • Achieving targets based on meaningful key performance indicators for team performance (e.g., productivity, throughput times, quality)
  • Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection
