TCU Implementation Consultant – Siemens Toolset Specialist is needed to deploy and configure Siemens Teamcenter and related modules across Azure environments. The role involves working with internal teams, Siemens reps, and third-party vendors via remote tools to ensure correct deployments.

Key activities include troubleshooting deployments, managing Windows services, and integrating PLM with Creo, EDA, SAP S/4HANA, and Opscenter, while coordinating with partners for upgrades and test readiness.

• Proven experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Opscenter and Polarion.
• Strong understanding of PLM deployment lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience integrating PLM with engineering tools, MES and ERP systems (Polarion, Creo, Siemens EDA, Opscenter, SAP S/4HANA).
• Experience deploying and managing PLM solutions in Azure Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Windows command prompt and service management.
• Experience in remote collaboration and screen sharing for technical troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Support upgrade and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure across dev, test, and prod environments.
• Collaborate with Siemens via screen sharing to troubleshoot, debug, and validate deployments.
• Monitor Windows services and run command-line operations to support deployment and maintenance.
• Support integration between Teamcenter, Creo (IPEM interface), EDA, Component Info system, SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Opscenter for data consistency across PLM, MES, ERP.
• Liaise with external partners during upgrade and enhancement activities.
• Provide input into test planning and environment readiness.
• Document deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of TCU practices.

Job Title: TCU Implementation Consultant – Siemens Toolset Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Rate: up to £69 per hour – inside IRE35 via umbrella company
Location: Edinburgh, Basildon, Luton, Southampton, likely home based with occasional travel (TBC)
Clearance: BPSS required, SC desirable.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Teamcenter Implementation Consultant with hands‑on experience in deploying and configuring Siemens Teamcenter and associated modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and debugging of Siemens‑delivered configurations, working closely with both internal teams, Siemens representatives and third party vendors via remote collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support upgrade and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure, across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Siemens via screen sharing sessions to troubleshoot, debug, and validate configuration deployments.
• Execute and monitor Windows services and command‑line operations to support TCU deployment and maintenance.
• Support integration between Teamcenter, Creo (IPEM interface), EDA, Component Information system, SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Opscenter ensuring data consistency and process alignment across PLM, MES, and ERP systems.
• Liaise with external partners during upgrade and enhancement activities.
• Provide technical input into test planning and environment readiness.
• Document deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of TCU implementation practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Siemens toolset, especially Teamcenter, Opscenter and Polarion.
• Strong understanding of PLM deployment lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience integrating PLM with engineering tools, MES and ERP systems, particularly Polarion, Creo, Siemens EDA, Opscenter and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience deploying and managing PLM solutions in Azure Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Windows command prompt and service management.
• Experience in remote collaboration and screen sharing for technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑vendor environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Siemens upgrade activities and test planning.
• Knowledge of QAPS environments and production readiness processes.
