You will support our organisation in meeting its statutory reporting responsibilities, delivering key reporting to external partners and national bodies.

You will join a group of approximately 20 Business Intelligence Analysts and engineers, with opportunities to develop your skills in multiple BI-related areas covering up to 40 clinical specialties, including Regional specialist services across Medicine, Surgery, Women and Children’s services, and Diagnostics. As part of the expanding team, you'll have the chance to develop skills in analysing and reporting on large, complex data sets and delivering visualisations using various tools; utilising data from our Electronic Patient Record system. Additionally, you will have opportunities to build skills in cloud-based technologies and languages such as Python or R.

Main duties of the job

  • Supporting statutory and internal reporting deadlines using established processes for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Utilising and developing data sources to support standard information delivery for service users.
