NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
The shift pattern for this position is Wed/Thurs & Friday 12-5 or Wed & Friday 9-5. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part-time hours.)
The post holder will provide secretarial support to the Mental Health Services, including Community Mental Health Teams, Addictions, and Learning Disabilities. The role is primarily supporting the Learning Disabilities team based in Renfrew Health & Social Work Centre. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, possess excellent organizational skills, and be self-motivated. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, being enthusiastic, and a team player. Previous secretarial experience, ideally within an NHS environment, is preferred.
