The Primary Care and Community Mental Health Service provide highquality, specialist community services to working age adults with mental healthdifficulties and eating disorders.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiasticindividual to work as a Team Secretary/Administrator within our EatingDisorders Team and Perinatal Mental Health Team. You will be required to workto a high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and beable to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload in a way thatsupports the Team Managers to manage daily operational tasks and processes.
The successful post holder should have a proactive and friendlyattitude and be able to demonstrate substantial administrative experience and havethe ability to meet the main duties of the role.
You must be able towork under your own initiative, possess excellent organisational skills and beexperienced in dealing with confidential information.
You will need to be flexible and mobile as there may be a requirementto work at alternative bases within the county.

As part ofour team, your main duty will be to provide an efficient secretarial andadministrative service to the team. Youwill undertake general office duties such as typing, filing, data uploading,record keeping, scanning/photocopying, making appointments, minute taking andincoming/outgoing mail. You will bedealing with both face to face and telephone enquiries from patients andinternal/external agencies and will be required to accurately recordinformation on patients medical records whilst maintaining confidentiality.
