Pin Point Recruitment is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking national property services company that is rapidly growing its modern contact centre in Colchester. We’re currently seeking a motivated Team Performance Manager to lead and inspire a sales team in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

If you have leadership experience from any customer-focused sector—retail, hospitality, estate agency, or beyond—and want to step into a role that combines coaching, performance management, and team development, this is a fantastic opportunity.

About the Role:

As Team Performance Manager, you’ll take charge of a team of up to 10 sales agents, driving their performance while fostering a positive, accountable, and supportive culture. You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and delivering tailored development to help each individual reach their potential.

Team Performance Manager Key Responsibilities:

Lead your team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Create and maintain a high-energy, results-driven environment

Deliver one-to-one coaching and team training sessions

Manage regular performance reviews and team meetings

Ensure excellent customer service and compliance standards

Support new starters through a thorough onboarding process

Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align team and business objectives

Adapt to evolving technology, including AI and digital tools

Team Performance Manager Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: Shifts primarily between 9am–6pm

One week per month on later shifts from 11am–8pm

One Saturday in every three (with a day off in lieu)
