Do you have several years’ experience providing PA / Team support to busy professionals in a fast-paced environment?

Do you enjoy being the go-to person? From managing diaries, travel and meetings to creating a friendly, vibrant office space.

Our client is looking for a fantastic all-rounder with a great attitude to keep the team and the office in peak condition!

This is an in-office role to start as soon as possible.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Supporting the team: diaries, booking travel, and preparation for board meetings
  • Organising meeting, events and training courses
  • Keeping the office running smoothly; managing suppliers and maintaining health and safety standards
  • Acting as the first point of call for the office, taking calls, greeting visitors and clients
  • Taking charge of office IT, ensuring smooth operations and data protection
  • Helping onboard new team members and assisting with administration across departments
  • Being the glue that keeps everything together!

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous experience supporting a busy office
  • Highly organised, confident and articulate approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A flexible, problem solving approach to work
  • Desire to be a proactive team player – in office 5 days a week 8.30 – 5.30
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
