Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide general office administrative and PA support to our senior executives within Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (SCIB) to ensure the smooth running of their division.
You’ll provide professional, well organised administrative support, and will act as the first point of contact for our senior leaders, creating a positive impression for both internal and external contacts. You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads and be confident liaising with colleagues at all levels.

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.
We want our people to thrive at work and home and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 3 days a week (pro-rata for part-time roles).
