Team Member - Various Shift Patterns available (see below)

Location: Billingham (Home of McCoy's, Wheat Crunchies, pombear and more)

Type: Permanent Role

Shifts available are below :

• Flexi - 12 hr shifts 07.00-19.00/19.00-07.00 covering 24/7 , 5 week cycle
• A Nights - Wed-Fri then Sun -Tues 22.00-07.15 , followed by a week off
• CGroup - rotating 07.15- 14.00/14.00-22.00

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing, ensuring efficient and timely production of high-quality products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery (packing or process machinery)
• Carrying out assigned operations or tasks to meet output targets
• Operating flavour units, following procedures for filling and recording
• Contributing to line performance and efficiency improvements
• Maintaining housekeeping, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Resolving operational issues
• Carrying out testing procedures as required
• Checking work stages against quality standards
• Cleaning units after changeovers or shutdowns
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or food industry experience (highly desirable)
• Level 2 Food Safety certification (desirable, training provided)
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Ownership and accountability
• Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Working in other manufacturing areas as needed
