Job Description

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack, and promptly process stock, ensuring it’s beautifully presented to our customers. When needed on the sales floor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return, supporting all company policies and procedures with a positive attitude, we will invest in your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

About the Role:

To be a successful Stock Team Member, you will ensure perfect products are available for our online customers by:

  1. Accurately processing stock quickly and to a high standard, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store.
  2. Meeting deadlines to ensure delivery to customers at the promised time.
  3. Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and organized.
  4. Working across all store areas, including sales floors, to provide fast and friendly service.
  5. Collaborating as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.

Candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before employment. This role is typically not sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements. Candidates are encouraged to consider their own work options without Next sponsorship.
