Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Team Member Plus – Bars Team in Skegness to join our Bars operation and contribute to the resort's vibrant entertainment offering. You’ll help create great guest experiences, pouring drinks, serving in buzzing bars, and supporting other resort areas as needed.

This role offers variety across venues, flexible weekend/evening shifts and the chance to grow your skills while being part of the Home of Entertainment at Butlin’s.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow Your Skills and Confidence by taking on varying tasks across the resort.

• Gain experience across Bars, Restaurants and Accommodation to build a diverse skill set.
• Work with a supportive team that helps you settle in and have fun on shift.
