Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a proactive Team Member Plus to work across the resort, supporting various teams and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning accommodation, with other days in areas such as sports, dining, buffets, bars, shops and the fairground.

A 90-day induction and buddy support help you settle in. No previous experience is required; what matters is attitude, energy and a passion for making a difference to our guests.

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed; attitude and energy matter most.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
• Support across sports & activities, restaurants & bars, buffets, shops and fairground throughout the week.
• Work across multiple areas as needed to deliver a fantastic guest experience.

Job description

As a Team Member Plus, you won't be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.
No two days are the same. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground. There may be times you'll work in more than one of these areas.

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed - what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.
